Maarten van Maanen is an Amsterdam-based multidisciplinary designer with a focus on typography. His field of work includes publications, identities, print, websites, illustration and type design. Maarten works for various clients in the social and cultural field such as museums, art spaces, publishers, artists and diverse organizations. With an intelligent and refined approach he structures complex matter into visually clear designs with an unconventional, playful and functional character.
